Our Standard Delivery takes between 1 to 3 working days, but this is not guaranteed.

Returns and Refund Policy

The Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your order.

Equipment must be returned complete with all of the original packaging and included accessories. The Equipment must be in it's original condition and must not have been used. If your goods are part of a bundle, all supplied Equipment in the original order must be returned.

If any Items or Equipment are faulty, you must notify us within 14 days, however this does not apply to Software.

Software cannot be returned if it has been opened, or where the the seal has been broken (if provided in sealed packaging). We will not accept Returns of Software, where it has been Registered Online..

How do i Return my Equipment or Items

In the first instance, please contact us on 01326 378268 or send us an Email explaining your intention to make a Return.

We may issue an RMA Number which should be clearly displayed on the packaging when making a return.

It is your responsibility to cover the cost and arrange for the return of goods and to make sure that they are securely packaged. You will also be responsible for any loss or damage of goods during transit.

What happens after we receive your returned goods?

The condition of all returned goods will be checked, if there are any discrepancies we will notify you as soon as possible. If a refund to due, we will normally process this within 30 days. If you paid delivery when originally purchasing the goods, this will also be refunded.

If we have agreed to replace the goods, we will send these out as soon as possible on our standard delivery terms or terms agreed with you.

Faulty Equipment or Items

If you receive Faulty Equipment or Items and notify us within 14 days of receiving your items, we will normally cover the cost of return postage unless agreed otherwise.
