Adding Records
You can Add and Delete single records from the "Records" Menu. You can add either a visual pass test or a visual fail test. You can only add a 240V Passed test (Quick Key Press CTRL+F11), or a 240V Failed test (Quick Key Press CTRL+F12) a 115V Passed test (Quick Key Press CTRL+F8), or a 115V Failed test (Quick Key Press CTRL+F9)
Manually Entering Records
Remember that you can also Manually Enter full test records using the Manual Entry screen where you can set the test results and Pass Fail status of tests. This is designed to be used where you have a PAT tester which cannot download test results and you need to transcribe the results from the PAT Tester into SimplyPats. See Also Manual Entry Screen
Deleting Records
If you want to delete a range of records you can do so by highlight a range and pressing the
Delete button on the Main Toolbar, or Select "Delete Record" from the "Records" menu (Quick Key Press CTRL+D). You will be prompted to confirm you wish to delete the record(s). See Also Sorting And Grouping for further information on selecting a range of tests.
