Moving
To Records
There are many ways to move through your records to find or review particular tests.
Navigation
Buttons
The Navigation buttons shown above allow you to go to the First, Previous, Next and Last records quickly, or you can use the scroll bar at the bottom of the screen. Remember there are Short Cut keys to help you move between records. See Also ShortCut Keys
Scroll Bar
Use the scrollbar on the right of the appliance list to move up and down the list of appliances. Don't forget that you can use the Page Up and Page Down keys (when you have just highlighted a row) to move quickly up and down the list.
The Record counter in the status bar at the bottom of the screen will show you where you are in the file. See picture below
Find Fail
If you want to quickly find the next failed appliance click on the Find Fail button and the row highlighted will move on to the next failed test. (If there is one.) See Also Finding Appliances
Find Appliance
If you want to search for a particular appliance use the "Find" option under the "Records" menu. This will prompt you to enter the name of an appliance and search through the records in the file to find that appliance. The row containg the match will be highlighted. See Also Finding Appliances
Sorting Appliances
You can sort your appliances into Date, Description, Appliance Id, Site or Location order by selecting simply clicking on the header of each row making it easier to find an appliance. See Also Sorting And Grouping Records
