Overdue
Tests
You can see a list of Overdue Tests by clicking on the "Overdue Tests " option from the "Tools Menu" will bring up the screen shown below.
Click on the column headers to sort the list in descending alphabetical or numerical order, click the column header again to sort in ascending order.
Showing The Most Overdue Tests or Tests Due In the Future
By changing the Number Of Days in the Appliances Overdue by more than the following number of days box you can list those Appliances Overdue by more than that number of days. By entering a negative number in the Appliances Overdue by more than the following number of days box you can show appliances are overdue and due for testing in the future. The Appliances that are due for testing in the future will appear with a negative number of days overdue.
After changing the Number of Days value, click on the
Refresh Button to refresh your results.
Cancel
Closes the Overdue Tests Screen
Refresh
Clicking on the Refresh button will update the list of overdue appliances. It is necessary to click this button if you change the Show Appliances Overdue by more than the following number of days box.
Find
Find allows you to find a specific appliance or location. The find function will search all the items displayed in the grid. See Also Find In Grid
Print
You may wish to print out a report of the overdue appliances shown. By changing the Number Of Days in the Appliances Overdue by more than the following number of days box you can restrict your print out to the most overdue appliances. By entering a negative number in the Appliances Overdue by more than the following number of days box you can show appliances are due for testing in the future. See Also Print Preview
The Appliances in the Overdue Appliances Report are printed in the same order as they are displayed on screen, so click on the column headers to sort the list to the desired setting prior to printing.
