Test
Results Area
The Test Results area located in the top of the Right Hand side of the main data screen, shows the test results for the current appliance selected in the Appliance List on the left hand side of the main screen. If a test has failed then it will be shown in Red (You can turn off this option in the System Settings screen so that it is displayed in black.). The test Result, the Limit of where the PAT Tester was set to decide if the result was a Pass or a Fail are shown. Also displayed is the Output, i.e. what current or voltage the test was performed at, and lastly the Status, whether the test was passed or failed. A Skip in the Status column shows that this type of test wasnt performed on the appliance.
Right Clicking on a particular test gives you two options; Change [Test Type] to Fail and Edit Manual Results. Only Results for Manually Entered Tests can be edited.
Added in V5.3.0, the Microwave and RCD test results can be entered for an Appliance by Right Clicking on the Appliance in the Main Screen and choosing the RCD and Microwave Tests option, See Microwave and RCD Entry for more information.
You can use the column headers to alter the column width just in the same way as you can with the Main Appliance List. See Also Sorting And Grouping
You can change the Test status from Pass to Fail by right mouse button clicking the test you want to change. See Also Change Test Status
NOTE! If
you wish to only show those tests that have results, you can hide the Skipped
tests by ticking the Hide Skipped Tests tick box in the System
Settings Screen under the Main Screen TAB.
