Summary Of Tests
You can view a summary of your tests by going to the "Tools" menu and choosing "Summary of Tests" (Quick Key Press CTRL + T). This screen gives you an overview of all Fails, Retest Periods, Locations and Sites. The screen also shows the type of tester used to download the results.
In addition to the total tests for the file, an average is calculated to show how many minutes the engineer took to perform each pat test in the file. Also the total number of Visual Only Tests (i.e. No electrical tests were performed) is calculated and shown at the bottom of the list of information.
NOTE!
It is a good idea to check the "No Retest Set" row. If you are printing a certificate or using Review Customers or Retests Calendar to check when a customer needs to be retested, it is vital that every test has a retest period set. If there are no retests set on some of your test data this "No Retest Set" row will show you how many you have missed. This is also important if you are planning to send your retest dates to Outlook as appointments since this feature requires every test to have a retest period set.
