List Locations

You can View and Print the Locations in your current Customer File by clicking on the "List Locations " option from the "Records Menu" will bring up the screen shown below. (Quick Key Press SHIFT + F12)

Click on the column headers to sort the list in descending alphabetical or numerical order, click the column header again to sort in ascending order.

When you amend a location description, all the appliances in your SimplyPats file which were tested in that location will automatically have their location description changed.

NOTE: You can Replace one Location with another throughout the file by using the Bulk Replace Selection screen. See Also Bulk Replace Selection

Saves the changes that you have made and closes the List Locations screen.

Cancel

Cancels any changes that you have made and closes the List Locations screen.

Delete

When you click on delete, the currently highlighted Location will be deleted from the list. Any Appliance whose Location matched this will have their Location Description set to nothing. You will be prompted to confirm you wish to clear this location from all you appliances that currently use it.

Print

You may wish to print out your Location list, either for your client or to take with you when testing in sebsequent years. See Also Print Preview

The Locations list is printed in the order it is sorted on screen, so click on the column headers to sort the list to the desired setting prior to printing.

Find

Find allows you to find a specific Location within the list. See Also Find In Grid
