List Sites

You can View and Print the Sites in your current Customer File by clicking on the "List Sites " option from the "Records Menu" will bring up the screen shown below. (Quick Key Press SHIFT + F11)

Click on the column headers to sort the list in descending alphabetical or numerical order, click the column header again to sort in ascending order.

When you amend a site description, all the appliances in your SimplyPats file which were tested in that site will automatically have their site description changed.

NOTE: You can Replace one Site with another throughout the file by using the Bulk Replace Selection screen. See Also Bulk Replace Selection

The Save button allows you to save out all the tests for an individual site to a separate file. You can also select several sites to save them out to individual files with one click of the Save button.

Saves the changes that you have made and closes the List Sites screen.

Cancel

Cancels any changes that you have made and closes the List Sites screen.

Delete

When you click on delete, the currently highlighted site will be deleted from the list. Any Appliance whose Site matched this will have their Site Description set to nothing. You will be prompted to confirm you wish to clear this site from all you appliances that currently use it.

Find

Find allows you to find a specific Site within the list. See Also Find In Grid

Print

You may wish to print out your Site list, either for your client or to take with you when testing in sebsequent years. See Also Print Preview

The Sites list is printed in the order it is sorted on screen, so click on the column headers to sort the list to the desired setting prior to printing.

Save

If you select a site from the list and click on the save button you will prompted for a file name. Simplypats will then save out all the tests for just that site to a new file. If you want to save out just individual tests or ranges of tests you can use the save selected option from the file menu. See Also Save Selected and Select Multiple Tests

Save ALL selected sites with one click.

If you select multiple sites from the list and click on the Save button, you will be prompted for a file name in turn for each of the sites. You can use the SHIFT key on the keyboard or CTRL keys either to select a range of sites or a multiple selection of sites from the list in exactly the same way as you can select appliances on the main screen. Entering a Full Site Address

If you want to enter a full postal addres for each site in your file, you need to enable Full Site Addresses by clicking on the Enable Full Site Adresses tick box in the System Settings Screen

Once Full Site Addresses are enabled, when you open the List Sites Screen, you will see and additional area below your listed sites where you can enter a full address.

There is currently only one printed report that makes use of this full site address. V2 Multi Site Passes And Fails Report.

Update

After entring a full address, make sure you click on the Update button to save your changes for that address.
